The first meeting of the year will be the Cargo Guidelines Work Group, hosted by Hapag Lloyd in Hamburg on 24/25 January. Guidelines for the following cargoes are being planned.
- Charcoal
- Batteries (including new mobile phones)
- Waste (including Scrap Metal, Batteries, Used Mobile Phones)
- IMDG-7 classified cargoes
- Cocoa Butter
- Hides
The Work Group sessions will focus on the structure and content of these Guidelines, with a timetable being agreed
