Prepared by a CINS Member Working Group, this updated guidance builds on the IMO/ILO/UNECE CTU Code and replaces the January 2018 edition of the CINS Guidelines.
The Guidelines reflect industry improvements over the past eight years, and they take into account recent cargo damage experience – and reflect a better understanding of container temperature behaviour.
The revised Guidelines also take into consideration feedback from cocoa butter shippers, with the aim of providing clear, practical, recommendations to support safe, high-quality cocoa butter transportation worldwide.
